With our deepest sorrow and grief, we announce the sudden loss of the “Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation”’s Vice President, Mrs. Marilena Laskaridou.
Marilena Laskaridou was the Foundation’s “beating heart” since the very beginning. She served the Foundation and Library – both projects dear to her – with commitment, dedication and modesty, with a vision for culture, education, and society at large.
The family of the Foundation, as well as friends and collaborators, will bid farewell to her on Monday, August 10, 2015, at 11.00 AM, from the Holy Church of Agioi Theodoroi, the First Cemetery of Athens.
We will remember her.
In lieu of garlands in memory of Marilena Laskaridou, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the non-profit organization “THE SMILE OF THE CHILD”. (tel: 210-3306140)
The “Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation” and Library will remain closed on Monday, August 10.
