The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation announces a pan-Hellenic poetry competition, with the theme: “Ports of the Mediterranean”.
The competition is organized on the occasion of the action “Poesea: The Sea in Literature” and, during the first phase, concerns the public from 18 to 50 years old.
*After the end of the acceptance of the poetic works on May 31st, the second part of the competition process will follow with open applications regardless of age limit.
The interactive poetry map is available to those interested poesea.gr.. The map includes thirty (31) points of interest related to island areas. Each area is associated with a poem and a poet, one-minute works of video art and photographic material.
The purpose of the competition, as well as the application poesea.gr, is for the participants to highlight Mediterranean ports through their poetry and to participate with their poetic works in the enrichment of the application.
Entries are submitted on poesea.gr website, at Field of Contact (at the bottom left, in the envelope indication).

Poems submitted for evaluation must be unpublished and unpublished (including websites and blogs).
Posting on personal social media is excluded.
