11th Panhellenic Violin Competition

The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation, actively supporting the field of music education, has been organizing since 2013 a Panhellenic Competition for the granting of a scholarship for violin studies abroad for the acquisition of  a Bachelor or Master.

The competition is held in memory of the distinguished violinist and Professor of the Athens Conservatory Ismini Chrysochoou – Carter.

Only those who have already been admitted to a Higher Recognized Music Institution in Europe are eligible to participate in the scholarship competition.

The scholarship is awarded for two consecutive academic years and amounts to 24,000 euros.

Deadline for applications for current competition: August 31, 2024.
