Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation-Book kit:

Book kit: "Asia Minor Catastrophe, 1922: History through literature, art, play"

The book kit is lent free of charge to libraries, institutions and other institutions, as part of their educational programs, making learning an exciting fun game.

The Bookkit travels all over Greece!

It was designed to create a channel of communication between children and historical events, as recorded in historiography, testimonies and literature, through a package of activities and is addressed to children aged 10-15.

The aim  of the activities is for  children to understand the events, discover their own ways to keep historical memory alive  and create a new narrative (storytelling),  while at the same time exploring timelessness,  the consequences  of war conflicts and the interconnection  of  historical events of modern times.

The activities of the book kit can be implemented in any class, group or library.

The book contains the following:

  1. Books
  2. Suggestions and materials for activities
