The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation and METAICHMIO Publications invite you to an experiential workshop for parents and teachers on the occasion of Evi Gerokosta’s new book on Wednesday, November 29 at 18.00 at the Lending Library, Kountouriotou 173, Piraeus (metro station Dimotiko Theatro).
How many stories does someone have to tell about their scars?
Guided by the book “Scars” (text: Evi Gerokosta, illustration: Daniela Stamatiadis, Metaichmio Publications, 2023) we come into contact with stories and images. We share common experiences. We talk about the unspeakable which, when it becomes said, everything seems easier.
Using small and large excuses through texts of literature and oral tradition as well as real events, we search and find our scars, accept the unique, precious differences in our skin and soul, and make our own “map” of scars.
The workshop is addressed to parents and teachers of all levels.
Application form required. Priority will be given due to a limited number of participants.
The workshop will be conducted in greek.
