The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation announces the 13th Panhellenic Violin Competition for the award of one (1) scholarship for advanced two-year violin studies at a Music University abroad, leading to the acquisition of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
The competition is held in memory of the distinguished violinist and Professor of the Athens Conservatoire, Ismene Chrysochoou-Carter.
Eligibility for the scholarship competition is limited to candidates who have already been accepted to a recognized higher European Music Institution.
The scholarship is awarded for two (2) consecutive academic years and amounts to €24,000.
Application deadline for the current competition: August 31, 2026.
