During the last years, important personalities of Letters, Arts and Sciences have donated their archives and libraries to the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation.
The Foundation has undertaken the preservation of these valuable collections, while making them accessible to the research public.The libraries are part of the Historical Library, but are preserved unbroken and catalogued independently. Their content covers a wide range of thematic categories and consists of documents of great intellectual and material value, including incunabula prints, incunabula and first editions. The research and personal archives, apart from their historical value, include rare manuscripts, correspondence of personalities, audiovisual material and other important documents.
